Amnon Rechter
FOUNDER
For more than 20 years, Architect Amnon Rechter is at the front of public architecture in Israel. Third generation architect, he is the head of the oldest architectural firm in Israeli history, that celebrated 100 years in 2019. “Rechter Architects” have been arguably the most influential outfits, on cultural and civic life in Israel through their many iconic and important buildings throughout the state of Israel.
His public buildings define in an original and thought-provoking way the elusive relationship between the expression of contemporary architecture that represent our time and era and between the iconic architecture of our founders generation, the architecture of the 50s and 60s. His work travels between the balancing and the contrasting, even juxtaposing between these architectural languages.
Architecture has never been closer to cinema as every project is a Visual script telling us a new story.
Roy Gordon
CEO
Roy Gordon, (BArch) is the CEO of Rechter Architects and the CEO and co-founder of ReCA. As an Architect, Roy is responsible for major public projects such as the Tel-Aviv law court tower, Kfar Saba concert hall renovation, and the new law courts in Hadera, Zfat, and Tiberia.
Roy believes that Architecture debate and education are at the core of our culture and daily life.

Dana Gordon
CURATOR
Dana Gordon, Architect, and Curator. Graduated with honors a BArch from Tel Aviv University, 2006, and MA in Visual Arts and Culture with a specialization in Curatorship from Ben Gurion University, 2013. Dana was the chief curator of the Architects’ House Gallery in Jaffa (2017-2022). Since 2018, she is the curator and archive manager of ReCA.
In her curatorial view, Dana examines the broad contexts of architecture in local culture through media and other artistic and research disciplines, from the fields of plastic arts, cinema, and writing.
She teaches Architecture studio courses at the Holon Institute of Technology and at WIZO Architecture School.
She owns an independent architecture studio since 2009 specializing in residential projects and is a senior Architect at Rechter Architects specializing in public projects, such as the courthouse in Hadera, The Helena Rubinstein pavilion preservation and renovation.
Russko
HEAD of URBAN CULTURE
Russko (Yaniv Luria) is a Kibbutz born and Tel-Aviv-based. Exploring the relations between community and space, Russko uses architecture as a critical lens for culture research. His main interest interrogates the social-political structure with International Style architecture in the Kibbutzim (MA, Bezalel Academy). He holds a curator certificate and interned at The Azrieli Architectural Archive of TLV Museum.
He is the constructor, head archiver of The Dani Karavan Archive, and a Liebling Haus tour guide expert at white city architecture. Russko taught geography and design in high school and formerly was a teaching assistant in Social thinking for design students at the College of Management. His research experience and interdisciplinary design perspectives created a unique concept for urban tours, which led him to be the Head of Urban Tours and content development At ReCA.
